Just bought a car from Pinetree Tonypandy,I dealt with Owain who was very professional and gave me a great deal on the car I part exchanged.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I bought an immaculate Skoda Kodiaq from them at a very fair price over video and I have been delighted with the car and the level of service received. There were a couple of small issues with the car at first through no fault of Pinetrees but they sorted these out really quickly and with no fuss. In particular Owain was great to deal with and a credit to the business.

A brilliant experience from viewing online to the video tour, taking the deposit to arranging a visit, the test drive and finally the paperwork - really couldn't fault Owain and Pinetree Car Superstore! We will be coming back! Thank you!

Accompanied my daughter to view cars, spoke to Paul one of the salesmen, who was friendly with no pressure, was more than happy to search info on quite a number of vehicles my daughter took photos of as we were walking around, test drives were no issue, even lined the three we tested alongside each other as we returned so we could compare better, car was chosen, to be picked up this weekend, but overall, well laid out area to view, no pressure from salesmen just browse at your leisure.
